Web Shinobi LLC is an AI app agency that builds client solutions and operates AI software products, including RoofReply and Run Pookie Run.

Agency services may include AI solution consulting, custom internal tools, AI-assisted lead capture systems, and implementation support.

RoofReply is an AI missed-call recovery app for roofing contractors. Web Shinobi LLC is the developer and legal operator of RoofReply.

Run Pookie Run is an AI-powered running coaching app that generates personalized running plans based on goals, schedule, mood, and energy.

AI features may generate, classify, summarize, or route information based on available context. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and deciding how to use them in your business.

You agree not to misuse our products, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services in a way that violates law, carrier requirements, or third-party rights.

Consulting engagements, custom tools, audits, and implementation work are governed by the written scope, proposal, or agreement accepted by the parties.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Web Shinobi LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, know-how, templates, and internal processes.

The RoofReply SMS demo is a voluntary live product demo operated by Web Shinobi LLC. By submitting your mobile number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from Web Shinobi LLC about the RoofReply live product demo. Message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per demo conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact berny@webshinobi.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers only as needed to operate the messaging program, maintain consent records, deliver messages, prevent abuse, provide support, or comply with carrier or legal requirements.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, demo flows, apps, or consulting offerings. We work to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

The website, demos, and services are provided as available unless a separate agreement provides different terms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Web Shinobi LLC disclaims implied warranties.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Web Shinobi LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, demo, products, or services.
